 Victoria Day
We had a great time in the month of May. We celebrated Victoria Day in honor of our Canadian friends. The music was toe stomping GOOD, played by the duo "OneHum." We had lots of people show up! Only four of which were Canadians however! That's ok, we celebrated on their behalf!

Memorial Day
Although we didn't have any music, the weekend was still busy. It still amazes us how many new people stop by. The most wonderful comment we hear is that "you all are so friendly"! We love to hear that because that's part of the prerequisite for working here. You better have fun or what are you here for?!! Everyone here works hard and we love it best when it's busy.
 Phesant Valley Phamily
We also had a great family month. Our sister Ginny and husband Victor stopped by for a visit from California with cousin Joe and wife Janis. Then sister Peggy and Sam (Lincoln City) stopped by for a family get together. It seemed a little quiet for us since our 5 other siblings and their spouses were not here! We had a great time with horseshoes, eating, and then testing out some wine, eating and then testing out some wine, eating and then testing out some wine. You get the drift.

This months recipe is provided by Janis (pictured above). So if you don't like it.....call her up! We liked it though and it went great with our gold medal Pinot Gris.

Gail with a quilt made by Janice Jimenez. This is a very special quilt made from Emma’s “Garden” material. Emma was Janice’s beloved mother-in-law. She was a special person who was loved by many. Emma passed away a few months ago and is missed by all, thus the special gift it was for me to receive this quilt.

Wine Purchases
Since the recent Supreme Court Ruling allowing direct shipments to different states we have added new states to where we can ship. We can now ship to New York, Wisconsin, Nevada, and California. Some of these states we could have shipped to before but of course the states want their tax money, so the paper work has begun. Remember that tea revolution?
Wine Club
Remember the benefits of joining our wine club. After your initial set-up fee of $50, you get 20% off all future purchases on all items in the winery. Do the math; it turns out to be a pretty good deal!
