Our Location:
Pheasant Valley has complete wedding facilities available to make your
wedding and reception breathtaking without leaving you breathless. Our
beautiful private lawn and vineyard offers an intimate setting for your
ceremony. Unlike most other Hood River locations, our vineyard is sheltered
from the strong summer winds which can make your event difficult to
enjoy. Just 5 miles off Hwy-84 guests can easily arrive at the vineyard
and find plenty of parking as well as lodging options.
Your Wedding Celebration:
Beautiful wedding memories always begin with precise and detailed
planning. Our friendly and gracious general manager will be onsite the
day of your wedding and available to help with the planning of the event.
This service begins with the first phone call to inquire about our property
to the evening of your wedding to insure perfection. Every wedding is
unique and so we look forward to assisting you in the planning of your
special day, with your own thoughts, ideas, and personal style in mind.
The following is just a sampling of what we offer you to make your
day memorable.
Included with Site Rental:
-3 Visits to the wedding site for planning (includes 1 hour rehearsal
on-site)
-Bridal changing room
-1 night cottage rental for bride and groom. Vacation rental home available
for other guests on same property at additional rate.
-Round tables and chairs - up to 100 guests
-Party lights around dance and reception area (outdoors)
Option A - $3500
Option B - $5000 (all the above plus includes the linens, silverware,
china, and set up/breakdown)
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the
Oregon State Liquor Control Board. We can serve Pheasant Valley Wines
and Local Beers on our premises. Sorry, outside liquor is not permitted.
Catering/Vendors
We can go over all of your catering needs and design a menu specifically
for you. You may also choose to use your own catering and vendors; however
your selected vendors should be reliable and responsible for all setup,
event management, and clean-up. Please call us for a list of local caterers,
DJ’s, equipment rental, and transportation vendors that our familiar
with our location or address.
Agreements
Once you have selected your preferred date, We will issue a contract
stating final amount, deposit and cancellation policies.
We require that a signed, original copy of the contract and the non-refundable
deposit be returned by the date indicated on your contract to secure
the date. Summer is the most popular season, so please book early.
* General event times are any time during the day or evening,
but must end by 11:00.
